Facade solutions and functional organization
The business center is located at 15 Komitas Avenue in Yerevan. Its main goal is to improve the existing environment while taking into account the current architectural solutions.
To refresh the architectural appearance of the inner courtyard, the old facade; previously clad with composite material; was replaced with black granite, continuing the style of the main facade. Two facades of the existing building were covered with a white metal mesh, which also serves as a base for vertical landscaping.
For the cladding of the newly constructed facades, metal pipes were used in combination with black composite materials and glass, creating a clearly expressed architectural character. The entrances of the business center are highlighted in yellow, providing visual emphasis and dynamic contrast within the environment.
