This penthouse was originally intended to be a single-level apartment with high ceilings, but based on the client’s interesting idea, it was transformed into a two-story open space with a larger area and a unique visual experience.
The living room was kept with high ceilings, creating an open, free, and bright environment.
The initially designed strict, minimalist loft atmosphere was reimagined to become warmer and more human-centered.
Instead of brick, red tuff was chosen, adding a natural warm tone to the interior, while the concrete walls were covered with a soft gray wallpaper, creating a balanced and comfortable setting.
The outdoor area continues the concept of the interior, aiming to maximize natural sunlight. The pergola is made of transparent materials, allowing full enjoyment of the surrounding light, while the abundant greenery inside the apartment provides an “out-of-the-city” effect, maintaining a connection with the natural environment.
Special attention was given to the suspended fireplace in the living room, which serves as a unique loft detail.
